You may return any item prepaid within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. If you are not satisfied with an item, we do encourage you to let us know as soon as possible following delivery. It is important that you e-mail us before returning any item so that we may provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To receive proper credit, the merchandise must then be returned in the original box and in good condition, and you MUST include a copy of the Packing Slip with the merchandise, stating your reason for the return. Broken or Damaged Merchandise
In the event that you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please notify us within 3 days. We do require that you send back the defective item with the original packing material and a copy of the Packing Slip before we ship the replacement. If you have received broken or damaged merchandise, you will receive credit for the return shipping charges. We will then either send out a replacement item or give you credit for the purchase price plus shipping charges of the defective merchandise. It is our goal that our customers ALWAYS enjoy a pleasant experience when purchasing from our store. Back Orders and Out of Stock Merchandise If we cannot ship an item within 2 days, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, we will then issue a credit for the purchase price. And in the event the merchandise is no longer available, you will be notified and a credit will be issued. We always do our best to offer only merchandise that will be available at the time of your order, unless the item is clearly marked as a clearance item with limited availability. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel an order, you must cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. Any order cancelled after it has been shipped will be credited back to you, minus the original and return shipping costs, plus a restocking fee of 15%. All cancelled orders must be returned unopened and in good condition. |
