Do you accept personal checks or money orders for payment of orders?

At this time we are accepting online payments ONLY by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  We feel these payment options offer our customers a good selection.  If we find there are people who truly need another option, we will take another look at this policy.
  

What does Alab mean in the description of some of your products?

Alab is an abbreviation for Alabastrite.  Alabastrite is a stone-based material which can be intricately molded producing great detail, and will allow paint to adhere.  These items may be cleaned by dusting; however, they should NOT be washed with water as they are painted with water soluble paints.  For further information about the different materials that are used to make our products, please see Product Materials.
 

What should I do if I see a box with a red x in it instead of a product picture?

Various technical problems can sometimes cause portions of a website's content not to load completely.  Usually if you click the "Refresh" button on your browser, the picture will come in.  Another option is to right-click on the red x and then choose "show picture" from the selections given.

Do you charge Sales Tax on your orders?

We are required to charge Sales Tax on shipments to all destinations within the States of California and Arizona. We do not charge Sales Tax on shipments to any other destinations.
